"My husband recently passed away and we called upon Justin and H.E. Turner Funeral Home to provide the services. Justin has been a friend of the family for many years. His kindness and sympathetic nature is beyond words. You did an excellent job taking care of Fran and our needs. You are very special to us." ~ Mel, Jed, Jessica, Cole, and Andrew

"I am a social worker in the Batavia area that works with seniors and disabled individuals. I had an individual that had little financial resources, no family whatsoever and was diagnosed with cancer. He was an individual with little education and had difficulty understanding his diagnosis and that he was dying. I called Justin and he was amazing in how he handled the situation with this gentleman. Because this gentleman was not at all comfortable going to the mortuary, Justin came to us. He met with us numerous times. He was kind and caring. Justin showed my gentleman that he cared by asking him questions about his life, helping him to choose a cemetery and then designing a head stone. One day a picture arrived in the mail from Justin. It was a picture of the completed headstone on the grave site. When my gentleman saw the picture a big smile appeared across his face. Everything Justin did was done in a way to keep my gentleman as comfortable as possible while assisting him to make decisions that were so difficult to make. When my gentleman went to his eternal resting place, Justin continued to take care of this gentleman with the utmost care and respect. I am so thankful for the kindness he showed my client and for helping to make my job a little easier." ~ Cherish
